Refund policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30-60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used sensory toys cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged.
If you received a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
